By submitting the AKL Lumi Stimulus Application, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the participation of countries and large corporations in the AKL Lumi Stimulus program, which aims to foster economic stability and growth across Africa through the strategic integration of the AKL Lumi currency. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your application.
Countries: Only authorized government representatives or ministries are eligible to apply on behalf of their respective countries. The application must be submitted by an official with the appropriate mandate to engage in financial and economic agreements.
Large Corporations: Only duly authorized representatives of legally registered corporations or organizations are eligible to apply on behalf of their entity. The organization must have a demonstrable capacity to engage in large-scale economic activities within Africa.
All applicants must ensure that the information provided in the stimulus application is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. This includes, but is not limited to, contact details, financial data, GDP figures (for countries), and total assets (for corporations). Providing false or misleading information may lead to disqualification from the AKL Lumi Stimulus program and possible legal action.
The information collected through this application will be used exclusively for evaluating eligibility and facilitating the integration of the AKL Lumi currency within the applicant's country or corporation. All data will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties outside the scope of the AKL Lumi Stimulus program unless required by law or with the explicit consent of the applicant.
Applicants must specify their desired period for integrating the AKL Lumi currency into their central bank systems or corporate operations. Available options include 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months. The AKL Lumi Stimulus team will work with applicants to finalize the integration timeline based on feasibility and strategic alignment with the overall program goals.
For Countries: The requested amount in AKL Lumi, alongside the provided GDP data, will be assessed to determine the suitability and scale of the stimulus package. Diaspora Direct Investment (DDI) must be indicated for short-term (2030), medium-term (2030-2043), and long-term (2043-2063).
For Large Corporations (Strategic Partnerships): The requested amount in AKL Lumi and the total assets reported from the previous fiscal year will be evaluated. Loan repayment periods of 3, 5, 7, or 10 years must be specified, subject to program approval. Processing fees are due after loan approval and are structured based on the loan amount.
Each applicant must nominate a facilitator who will serve as the primary point of contact and oversee the coordination of AKL Lumi integration. The facilitator must maintain open communication with the AKL Lumi Stimulus team.
All data collected through the AKL Lumi Stimulus Application will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Data will only be used for the purposes of the program and will be protected with technical and organizational measures.
Applicants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the application process, including financial data and strategic plans.
All intellectual property associated with the AKL Lumi currency, including logos and trademarks, remains the exclusive property of the AKL Lumi organization.
The AKL Lumi Stimulus team reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Continued participation will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The AKL Lumi Stimulus team reserves the right to terminate participation in case of a breach of terms or failure to meet standards.
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If necessary, an independent mediator may be appointed.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the African Union (AU) member states. Legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate jurisdiction.
By submitting the AKL Lumi Stimulus Application, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
